About the role
BMW/MINI of Sterling is seeking additional high-performing Technicians to support their busy operation. They aim to maintain the best-in-class service levels that have earned their loyal customer base.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair vehicles using advanced diagnostic tools
- Perform routine maintenance on BMW and MINI vehicles
- Communicate effectively with customers and other team members
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Comply with all safety protocols and procedures
Requirements
- High school graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
- Experience as an Auto Technician, preferably BMW/MINI certified
- American Society of Automotive Engineers (ASE) certifications preferred
- Strong communication and attention to detail skills
- Strong automotive background
- Outstanding teamwork skills
Qualifications
- High School graduate or equivalent, 18 years or older required
- Valid Driver’s License with acceptable driving record
- Highly preferred to be BMW/MINI certified
- Preferred to have ASE certifications
- Strong communication skills
