Responsibilities

• Collaborate with seasoned mechanics and learn the ins and outs of Lexus diagnostics and repairs
• Perform routine maintenance and multi-point inspections
• Identify mechanical issues and assist with repairs on cutting-edge Lexus vehicles
• Shadow senior technicians and gain hands-on experience in a supportive, team-oriented environment
• Use diagnostic tools and software to troubleshoot and resolve vehicle concerns
• Contribute to delivering outstanding customer service with every vehicle you work on

Requirements

• Strong mechanical aptitude and a sharp eye for detail
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure
• Experience or interest in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters and scan tools
• Able to interpret technical manuals and automotive software
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

Qualifications

• At least 19 years old
• Able to pass pre-employment testing which includes background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license for at least 3 years
