Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on Ford vehicles
• Diagnose and repair vehicle issues using advanced diagnostic tools
• Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and concerns
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace

Requirements

• State and Emission Inspection license
• Clean driver’s record
• Great attitude with a focus on customer satisfaction

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a mechanic or technician
• Ford Certified or equivalent certification
• Proficiency with diagnostic tools and software
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
