Responsibilities

  • Perform all lubrication services (changing oil, transmission fluids, and filters) in a safe manner.
  • Thoroughly check customer's car (checking additional fluid levels, battery, lights, tire pressure) and refer all needed repairs and preventive maintenance to the Service Advisor.
  • Operate and maintain all lubrication equipment.
  • Ensure the customer’s car is kept clean.
  • Maintain an organized and neat shop area.
  • Comply with all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Ensure all equipment is in proper working order, especially the lifts.
  • Demonstrate behaviors consistent with the Company’s Values in all interactions with customers, co-workers, and vendors.
