Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical problems with customer vehicles accurately.
• Clearly explain repair options and perform agreed-upon repairs.
• Provide regular maintenance services to keep vehicles in top condition.
• Deliver legendary customer service, ensuring customers feel valued.
• Turn flat-rate hours and earn additional certifications while working on a variety of vehicle makes.

Requirements

• Automobile repair experience.
• Knowledge of methods, materials, and tools used in vehicle repair and maintenance.
• Certifications are preferred but not required; multiple factors will be considered.
• Dealership experience is a plus.
• Service-oriented with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to explain technical information in layman’s terms.

Pay

Competitive wage dependent on experience. Our flat-rate hour compensation program allows you to maximize your earning potential with no cap on hours turned.

Schedule

Flexible, typically around 40 hours per week. Service departments are closed on Sundays and open until 6 pm during the week.
