About the role

Copeland Chevrolet is seeking professionals to join their team and contribute to their ongoing success. The company offers a competitive signing bonus of up to $3,000 for experienced General Motors technicians.

Responsibilities

• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership guidelines
• Test-drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to inform customers about any additional service needs
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications

Requirements

• Strong automotive background
• Strong teamwork skills
• Willingness to help others learn
• Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction with an energetic attitude
• Willing to submit to a drug screen (excluding marijuana)
• Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
