Responsibilities
- Accurately diagnosing and repairing all areas of a vehicle.
- Coordinating with the Service Advisor to ensure effective communication and customer satisfaction.
- Learning new technology, repair, and service procedures and specifications.
Qualifications
- Previous experience is required (auto dealership or independent auto shop).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must have a valid driver's license and a good driving record.
- ASE certification is preferred.
- State inspection license is a plus.
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
- A positive, friendly attitude and a customer service mentality.
