AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

Starting Pay

Starting pay ranges from $20-$41.00 per hour (including overtime) based on your years of verifiable experience as a technician and your current ASE certifications. This base rate does not include the additional amount earned with our productivity bonus.

Pay Increases

You receive automatic pay increases. At 6 months you receive an increase, at the 1 year mark another increase and then an increase every year you are employed with Brattleboro Subaru.

Productivity Bonus

All technicians also have the opportunity to earn a weekly production commission based on the flat rate hours they produce, up to an additional $16/hr produced.

Requirements

You must have a valid drivers license and be insurable to be considered for this position.

Qualifications

• Experienced in flat rate or hourly system
• Experience with any manufacturer (Subaru, Toyota, Honda, Ford, Chevy, etc.)
• Work at an independent repair facility
• Interested in fair and rewarding compensation
