Responsibilities
- Perform diagnostics to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues
- Conduct routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid top-offs
- Execute repairs on various vehicle systems, such as engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and more
- Utilize computerized diagnostic systems to interpret error codes and troubleshoot complex problems
- Communicate effectively with customers to explain repairs, provide cost estimates, and address inquiries
- Maintain accurate and organized documentation of all services performed and repairs made
Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician with a solid understanding of vehicle systems and mechanics
- ASE (Automotive Service Excellence) certifications or equivalent qualifications preferred but not required
- Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and equipment to diagnose and repair issues
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills to interact with customers and team members
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that involve lifting heavy parts and working in various positions
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment
- Ability to work a flexible schedule as business requires
