About the role
Bettenhausen Chrysler Dodge Jeep & Ram is hiring experienced automotive technicians at one of the busiest CDJR service centers in the Midwest. The shop offers competitive pay, steady hours, and opportunities for advancement.
Responsibilities
- Work on a wide range of makes and models in a high-volume CDJR shop
- Perform advanced diagnostics using the latest tools and equipment
- Ensure quality inspections and test drives for top-level repairs
- Handle EV, engine, transmission, electrical, suspension, braking, HVAC systems
- Work independently with strong diagnostic skills
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as an automotive technician (preferred)
- ASE and/or Stellantis Certified (preferred, not required)
- Strong diagnostic skills and ability to work independently
- Own tools and solid knowledge of shop equipment
- Team-oriented with a professional attitude

- Highly skilled in automotive repair and maintenance
- Experience with modern diagnostic equipment
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks

Pay
Top performers earn well above industry average thanks to our bonus structure and shop volume. Salary range: $50,000.00 - $160,000.00 per year.
