About the role
Acura of Fayetteville is seeking a Flat Rate Technician to provide exceptional customer experiences through high-quality repairs and maintenance.
Responsibilities
- Perform repairs and maintenance in accordance with factory and dealership specifications and time standards
- Deliver an excellent customer experience
- Provide technical knowledge and expertise to help repair and maintain vehicles to the highest standards
- Communicate clearly and effectively with Service Advisors about customer vehicles
- Ensure compliance with manufacturer standards of quality and timeliness for repairs and maintenance work
- Ensure accuracy of estimates and work orders
- Comply with all relevant safety and health regulations
Requirements
- Genuine interest in providing an exceptional customer experience
- Positive attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
- Safe working knowledge of shop tools and equipment
- 3+ years of dealership experience
- Brand knowledge is preferred, but not required
