Automotive Technician A or B+ - Up to $100k

About the role

We are seeking an experienced A Level or B+ Automotive Technician in Plymouth, MI. This is an opportunity to work on domestic, Asian, and European vehicles with modern diagnostic equipment, ongoing training, and a collaborative team.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–6:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM–12:00 PM.

Pay

• A‑Level Technician: $40–$50 per flagged hour (depending on experience)
• B+ Technician: $35–$40 per flagged hour (depending on experience)
• Flat rate with a $600 weekly guarantee
• Weekly pay schedule
• Earning potential: $100K+ annually based on flagged hours and applicable pay rate

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair engine, electrical, drivability, and vehicle performance concerns.
• Complete automotive repairs independently across a variety of makes and models.
• Use Autel, Snap‑on, and Launch diagnostic equipment.
• Perform digital vehicle inspections and document findings in Tekmetric.
• Communicate repair findings clearly with the Service Advisor.
• Maintain an organized bay while completing efficient, quality repairs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Strong automotive diagnostic and repair skills.
• Experience servicing a variety of makes and models.
• Comfortable using modern diagnostic equipment and shop technology.
• Michigan State Repair License required.
• ASE certifications welcome but not required.
