Automotive Store Manager

Join the winning team at Plaza Tire Service! Established in 1963, Plaza Tire Service operates 75 locations across Missouri, Illinois, Kentucky, and Northwest Arkansas. We are currently seeking a qualified Store Manager.

Responsibilities

• A friendly, customer-focused attitude is essential for this position.
• Leading a team of employees and interacting directly with customers needing tires, routine maintenance, and other services.
• Ensuring compliance with all policies and procedures of the company by conducting regular meetings with employees, store audits, etc.
• Conducting performance evaluations for all employees at regular intervals.
• Analyzing and measuring business trends; developing and implementing plans to maximize sales and meet or exceed sales and profit targets.
• Writing up customers in the POS system.
• Answering phone calls.
• Inventory control.

Qualifications

• Possess a current, valid Driver’s license.
• Five or more years of experience in sales in an auto repair shop management position or equivalent business experience in the automotive industry.
• Proven ability to develop and meet monthly, quarterly, and annual plans with clearly defined goals.
• Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales and profit goals.
• Previous experience in managing and coaching team members to success through effective communication; business development and strategy implementation knowledge.
• Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturdays.

Pay

$80,000 - $120,000 per year, to include base plus bonus. Base pay of $55,000 - $65,000/yr.
