About the role

As an Automotive Technician-Skilled at Napleton Italian Imports, you will perform vehicle maintenance according to dealer and factory standards, building customer loyalty by ensuring vehicle safety and reliability in a fast-paced, growing environment.

Responsibilities

• Complete vehicle inspections
• Check and communicate oil levels to teammates
• Ensure proper tire inflation and perform wheel alignments
• Inspect and refill fluid levels as necessary
• Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters
• Clean and lubricate fittings as needed
• Clean and replace batteries
• Replace or repair exhaust systems
• Remove and reinstall brake drums and/or brake shoes
• Replace radiators
• Perform manufacturer recalls that do not require diagnostic equipment
• Ensure the service center is clean and presentable

Requirements

• High School diploma or equivalent
• Automotive technical training or experience as a lube tech or technician assistant
• Valid in-state driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willingness to undergo a background check in accordance with local law/regulations
• 18+ years of age or older to comply with the company driving policy

Pay

Top of market wages: $25.00–$30.00 per hour (top flat rate hours on customer and internal work).
