We're seeking talented candidates for full-time and part-time Service Writer (also called Customer Service Director or CSD) positions at Jiffy Lube Multicare. Jiffy Lube is America's leader in vehicle preventive maintenance services with over 2,000 locations. Responsibilities

• Confer with guests to determine and suggest the diagnostic and mechanical services needed for their vehicles.
• Perform all work in a safe and efficient manner.
• Provide an outstanding guest service experience.

Requirements

• A current and valid driver's license is required.
• Previous experience in an automotive service environment is preferred but not required.
