Requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Perform basic vehicle maintenance including lube services, tire rotations, alignments, and Virginia state inspections. - Conduct light repair work such as brake jobs, spark plug replacements, and fluid services. - Maintain a clean and organized work environment. - Follow dealership and OEM standards for service quality and safety. - Communicate effectively with service advisors and team members to ensure timely and accurate service delivery.

Qualifications

- Prefer experienced technicians with Toyota or Lexus backgrounds (all candidates will be considered) - Must have own tools - Clean, valid Maryland driver’s license - Above-average computer skills - Team-oriented, respectful, and dependable attitude
