Our service department operates at high volume with consistent, year-round work and a strong mix of customer pay, warranty, and internal repairs. Position Overview We are hiring Mid-Level and Master Automotive Technicians to support continued growth. This role is ideal for technicians who can work independently, diagnose accurately, and consistently turn hours. Compensation is productivity-based with no cap. Technicians who perform well can earn $85,000–$150,000+ annually, depending on experience, certifications, and hours produced.
