Responsibilities

- Execute tasks as per the repair order, adhering to dealership policies - Utilize diagnostic tools and service equipment to test and diagnose vehicle systems - Conduct test drives to assess vehicle performance - Repair and maintain automotive systems according to manufacturer specifications - Inform customers about any additional services needed through direct communication with the Service Advisor - Complete online multi-point inspection reports

Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance - Ability to learn quickly - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Team-oriented mindset - Proficiency with computers - Experience operating electronic diagnostic equipment - Valid driver's license
