Responsibilities

- Perform tasks as per the repair order, adhering to dealership policies - Utilize diagnostic tools and service equipment to test components and systems - Diagnose, maintain, and repair various automotive systems - Communicate with Service Advisors to inform customers about any additional services needed - Complete online multi-point inspection reports - Execute repairs within warranty specifications

Requirements

- Comprehensive knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance - Ability to learn quickly - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Excellent customer service skills - Team-oriented mindset - Proficiency with computers - Experience operating electronic diagnostic equipment - Valid driver's license
