Automotive Service Technician

Role Overview: The General Service Technician supports vehicle maintenance and shop operations in a hands-on environment. Key duties include performing oil changes, tire services, basic repairs, digital vehicle inspections, and safety checks. They assist with shop cleanliness, customer vehicle care, and parts transportation, following safety protocols and environmental standards. Responsibilities: Conduct tire mounting, balancing, rotations; perform oil changes and basic maintenance; document inspections accurately; identify safety issues; carry out state safety and emission inspections; maintain shop cleanliness; collaborate with team members; and adhere to safety and company policies. Qualifications & Skills: Reliable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, eager to learn, with a valid driver’s license and ability to work flexible hours. Prior interest in automotive repair, basic mechanical knowledge, and ability to follow procedures are preferred. A high school diploma, vocational training, or related experience is advantageous.
