Automotive Service Technician

Role Overview: The General Service Technician is an entry-level position responsible for supporting vehicle maintenance and shop operations. Key Responsibilities Perform tire services including mounting, dismounting, balancing, and rotations.Conduct oil changes and basic maintenance such as fluids, filters, batteries, and bulbs.Complete Digital Vehicle Inspections and accurately document repair orders.Identify safety issues and communicate findings to team members.Assist with State Safety and Emission Inspections, following all guidelines.Keep vehicles, shop, and customer areas clean and organized.Transport customers and parts as needed.Follow safety procedures, use PPE, and report hazards.Collaborate with technicians and service advisors, participate in training.Support shop functions with a flexible schedule, including weekends. Qualifications & Skills Dependable, safety-conscious, mechanically inclined, eager to learn.Interest in automotive repair; ability to follow procedures and safety standards.Valid driver’s license and ability to pass MVR check.Preferred: high school diploma or technical training, hands-on experience, state inspector license (if applicable).
