Responsibilities
- Accommodating and analytical work, producing highly precise and accurate repairs
- Resourceful and seeking a high level of technical expertise
- Unselfish and approachable, preferring detailed, skill-based work
- Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred
- ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the US with a valid in-state driver's license and a good driving record, per company standards
Qualifications
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards
- Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations
- Master the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and perform video inspections on every vehicle; notify Service Advisors of additional recommendations or extended repair times
- Use the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping
- Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and customer vehicles

What you’ll do
As an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic), you will:
- Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state, and factory standards
