Automotive Service Technician

Job Summary

Culver City Toyota, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking an Automotive Service Technician who aligns with our core values of respect, integrity, growth, humility, and teamwork. Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, adhering to dealership, state, and factory standards.
• Address customers' primary concerns with diagnosis, repair, and quality control to meet 'Fixed First Visit' expectations.
• Master the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection and perform video diagnostics on every vehicle.
• Notify Service Advisors of additional recommendations or extended repair times.
• Use the Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication, and timekeeping.
• Maintain cleanliness in the workspace and customer vehicles.

Requirements

• Unselfish and approachable with a preference for detailed, skill-based work.
• Prior automotive technician (mechanic) experience preferred.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older and have a valid in-state driver's license with a good driving record.

Pay

The average yearly salary ranges from $45,000 to $120,000, which includes hourly rates plus incentives/bonuses.
