Responsibilities

• Perform routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, tire services, and alignments.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues on Ford, Lincoln, and multi-brand vehicles.
• Utilize factory diagnostic tools and software to identify vehicle faults.
• Complete digital vehicle inspections to accurately document and communicate needed repairs.
• Learn from senior master technicians and actively participate in ongoing training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe personal work bay.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience working as an automotive technician, apprentice, or lube tech.
• Motivation: A strong desire to learn, grow, and commit to a long-term career in the automotive industry.
• Tools: Possession of basic hand tools suitable for daily automotive repair tasks.
• License: A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Attributes: Punctual, reliable, team-oriented, and detail-driven.
