Automotive Service Technician

Responsibilities

• Knowledge in all aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
• Perform work specified on repair orders with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards
• Tests components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnostics, maintains and repairs vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning
• Communicates directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed
• Executes repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
• Maintain shop special tools and equipment and return when jobs are completed

Requirements

• Must have Honda/Acura Experience
• Provide your own tools
• Preferred MVI License
• Valid driver’s license in good standing
• Maintain Bay in an orderly manner
• Ensures that customer vehicles are kept clean and undamaged

Pay

Compensation based on experience and skill level; Flat Rate

Schedule

40-hour workweek; rotating schedule with 5 consecutive days off every month
