Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on repair orders efficiently and accurately
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicles, including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, HVAC, and related systems
- Use diagnostic tools, special service equipment, and manufacturer repair information
- Test-drive vehicles and verify repairs
- Communicate clearly with service advisors regarding recommended repairs, findings, and estimated timelines
- Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
- Maintain required manufacturer training standards
- Maintain a clean, safe, and professional work area
- Follow dealership and manufacturer processes
- Help protect customer vehicles by keeping them clean and properly cared for during service

Requirements
- 2+ years of automotive service technician experience required
- GM experience preferred
- Cadillac or luxury-brand experience is a plus
- Strong diagnostic, mechanical, and troubleshooting skills
- Ability to identify problems quickly and accurately
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- Good knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance
- Basic computer proficiency
- Ability to read and understand repair instructions, manufacturer procedures, and technical information
- Ability to learn modern repair technology, service procedures, and manufacturer specifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Positive attitude and respect for teammates
- Team-oriented mindset
- Strong work ethic
- Valid driver’s license required
- Clean/acceptable driving record
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be willing to complete a pre-employment background check and drug screening
