Qualifications
- Previous experience as an automotive service technician or mechanic is required.
- ASE certification or equivalent is preferred but not required.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency with diagnostic tools, equipment, and software.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certification is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Detect and diagnose issues with vehicles according to manufacturer standards.
- Perform routine maintenance services such as oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and more.
- Conduct thorough vehicle inspections to identify potential issues and provide recommendations for repairs.
- Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and equipment to troubleshoot complex mechanical and electrical problems.
- Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately, documenting all work performed.
- Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely and efficient service for our customers.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest automotive technology and service techniques through ongoing training and certification programs.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following all safety protocols.
