  • Responsibilities

    • Diagnose and perform complex mechanical and electrical repairs in accordance with Ford and dealership standards
    • Accurately document work performed on repair orders with efficiency and attention to detail
    • Test drive vehicles and utilize advanced diagnostic tools and special service equipment
    • Inspect, diagnose, maintain, and repair all major automotive systems
    • Collaborate directly with Service Advisors to clearly communicate vehicle conditions and recommended repairs
    • Provide accurate estimates for additional services when needed
    • Perform warranty repairs in strict compliance with manufacturer specifications
    • Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-conscious work environment
    • Support team success by assisting with additional duties as assigned

    Requirements

    • Proven experience as an A-Level Automotive Technician (Ford experience preferred)
    • Advanced knowledge of automotive systems, diagnostics, and complex repairs
    • Ability to operate and interpret electronic diagnostic equipment
    • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset
    • Proficiency with computer systems and service software
    • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
    • Ability to pass pre-employment background screening
