Automotive Service Manager in Training

Qualifications

• 5 years of related experience in an automotive service management position (preferred)
• 2 years of sales experience (preferred)
• High school diploma or higher education
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record

Responsibilities

• Maintain a high energy level throughout the workday
• Work effectively in a fast‑paced environment
• Engage customers with a friendly personality, especially when handling objections
• Provide strong customer service
• Exhibit excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrate a strong work ethic focused on service business and personal growth
• Collaborate with all departments, including Service, to deliver a great customer experience
