About the role
Manage all aspects of the tire service department, including customer service, inventory management, and technician supervision. Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction
- Manage customer service interactions to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction
- Supervise technicians to maintain high standards of workmanship and safety
- Manage inventory levels to meet demand and minimize waste
- Develop and implement training programs for technicians and staff
- Collaborate with other departments to improve overall customer experience
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in automotive technology or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in automotive service management
- Proven leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop teams
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Knowledge of tire repair and maintenance procedures
