Pay & Schedule
- $90K - $110k annual base salary, plus potential for additional compensation for top performers

Responsibilities
- Manage office and shop personnel and daily operations
- Follow and enforce all company policies and procedures as outlined in the Employee Handbook
- Take corrective or disciplinary action for employee non-compliance
- Ensure quality of work, attitude, and performance meet or exceed guest satisfaction goals
- Direct the smooth, orderly, and organized operation of the store
- Maintain a positive attitude and communications at all times
- Develop guest estimates and work orders, and direct Service Writers in this process
- Assign work orders to technicians and ensure the selection of quality parts
- Ensure target profit margins are achieved
- Open and close the store daily, including accounting procedures and reconciliations
- Perform daily, weekly, and monthly audits, report analysis, and communicate results to owners
- Ensure all equipment is operational and technicians have the resources needed
- Serve as the primary communication interface with guests before, during, and after service
- Greet every guest enthusiastically, demonstrating hospitality and respect
- Present clear and honest repair solutions to guests
- Consistently sell services while maintaining honesty and integrity
- Act professionally to represent the organization at all times
Requirements
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in automotive customer service and service sales
- Supervisory or management experience in the automotive industry
- Proficiency in Windows-based software and automotive store applications
- Experience with TekMetric software preferred (not required)
- Graduation from an industry-recognized service training program preferred (not required)
- ASE Service Consultant certification or equivalent experience
- Valid driver’s license with a record acceptable to our insurance carrier

- Ability to stand, walk, and be on your feet for the majority of the workday
- Occasionally lift and carry objects over 50 lbs
- Ability to drive manual transmission vehicles
- Work at a brisk pace in a high-volume environment
- Frequent use of a keyboard, mouse, and standard handset phone
