This position involves overseeing and advising Service Advisors and Technicians, advancing technical expertise, managing expenses, participating in interview and hiring processes, and delivering performance reviews and coaching to foster team development.

Responsibilities

• Develop technical skills and expertise
• Guide and supervise Service team members
• Participate in hiring and performance evaluation processes
• Assist in expense understanding and management

Requirements

• Technical aptitude for solving complex challenges
• Leadership and team management desire
• Valid Driver's License
• Interest in obtaining ASE A4 & A5 Certifications
• Willingness to relocate following completion of the Manager Trainee Program (relocation assistance available)
