Quirk Auto Group is seeking talented individuals to join their team at Quirk Subaru in Bangor. The ability to perform at a high level is directly linked to the efforts of their professional staff.

Responsibilities

• Greets all customers promptly and in a friendly, positive, and enthusiastic manner.
• Ensures invoice totals are accurate.
• Answers customer calls promptly, courteously, and makes every effort to satisfy caller’s inquiry.
• Collaborates with other employees to provide service to customers.
• Identifies and supports opportunities for methods/process improvement.
• Reconciles daily transactions to documents, cash, credit card vouchers and cash register tape/totals.
• Provides customers with basic explanations of costs associated with service.
• Fulfills Quirk policies on accepting and processing payments.
• Maintains knowledge of warranty and extended service contract deductibles and coverage.
• Assists in tracking extended warranty claims as necessary.
• Utilizes computer and other record-keeping systems to manage information.
• Collects money and provides appropriate change to customers.
• Completes invoices with required customer information.
• Verifies dollar amounts on invoices.
• Generates pride and commitment in the service department, fostering customer confidence.
• Has an approachable, positive, and enthusiastic style, actively listening to customer concerns and responding to needs.
• Shifts priorities as work demands.
• Maintains courteous and professional relationships in all situations with customers and employees.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

Ability to operate an automobile, prolonged periods of standing, stooping, and bending, and an approachable, positive, and enthusiastic style.

Skills

Customer service skills, attention to detail, organizational abilities, and the ability to follow company policies and procedures.
