About the role
Voss Village Cadillac is hiring a cashier/receptionist for the service department.
Responsibilities
- Receiving payments from customers and printing invoices for the customer.
- Making sure the customer is taken care of before they leave the service department.
- Ensuring that our records and files are kept current and in order needed for the service department.
- Using a credit card machine and making changes when needed for the customer.
- Answering phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and routing calls as necessary.
- Maintaining the customer lounge area is organized and clean for the customers.
- Maintaining other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department.
Qualifications
- Basic computer knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Valid driver's license
- Pass a background check and drug screening
