Automotive Service Cashier

About the role

Voss Village Cadillac is hiring a cashier/receptionist for the service department.

Responsibilities

• Receiving payments from customers and printing invoices for the customer.
• Making sure the customer is taken care of before they leave the service department.
• Ensuring that our records and files are kept current and in order needed for the service department.
• Using a credit card machine and making changes when needed for the customer.
• Answering phones in a professional manner, taking messages, and routing calls as necessary.
• Maintaining the customer lounge area is organized and clean for the customers.
• Maintaining other support tasks assigned by the service and parts department.

Qualifications

• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to provide an excellent customer service experience
• Valid driver's license
• Pass a background check and drug screening
