Automotive Service
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome customers and assist with check-in and general service department needs
- Document customer concerns and service requests clearly and accurately
- Create, update, and organize repair orders and service files
- Cook up appointment flow, vehicle status updates, and internal communication
- Support the service team with scheduling, paperwork, and follow-up tasks
- Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly service area
- Ensure timely communication between customers and the service department
Qualifications
- Prior automotive or customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Able to multitask and manage a busy workflow
- Professional, friendly, and customer-focused demeanor
