What You'll Do:

- Greet service customers promptly and professionally - Answer service calls and schedule appointments - Communicate repair needs, estimates, and timelines clearly - Coordinate repair orders with Technicians - Keep customers informed throughout the service process - Recommend additional maintenance or services when appropriate - Maintain accurate service records - Deliver an exceptional customer experience-every visit

What We're Looking For:

- Customer-focused, energetic, and team-oriented attitude - Prior customer service and/or sales experience required (automotive experience is a plus) - Strong communication skills (English required; Spanish bilingual preferred) - Comfortable using computers and learning dealership software - High School Diploma or GED required - Flexible schedule, including evenings and Saturdays - Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Pay

Income Ranges from $50,000 to $85,000+ - Position is Salary Plus Commission/Bonus base.
