The Faulkner Automotive Group is looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated Automotive Service Advisor to join their team at Buick/GMC Trevose. Responsibilities
- Greet customers and guide them through the repair process in a smooth, professional manner
- Perform a walk-around of the vehicle to gather information and listen to customer concerns
- Understand customer needs to better address vehicle issues
Requirements
- Valid driver's license
- Vehicle repair or service experience preferred
- Customer service experience preferred
