Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide an exceptional service experience.
• Take full ownership of every Repair Order (RO) you open from start to finish.
• Prepare repair orders and communicate recommendations.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs.
• Keep customers informed throughout the repair process.
• Recommend maintenance services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle inspections.
• Monitor and follow up on all open ROs daily to ensure repairs progress efficiently.
• Ensure all Repair Orders are completed, billed, and closed in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Previous Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Sales experience is a plus.
• Computer proficiency and dealership software experience (Dealertrack).
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
