Ira Ford Auburn is part of fast-growing Group 1 Automotive, a leader in automotive retail, and we are seeking a qualified Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
• Diagnose and repair vehicles according to manufacturer specifications
• Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues
• Adhere to safety protocols and company policies
• Manage inventory and maintain records of repairs
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

Requirements

• Automotive Service Advisor experience preferred
• Positive and friendly attitude
• Interpersonal communication skills
• Basic computer skills
• Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license

Pay

• Hourly plus commission
• Salaries range from $60,000 to $140,000
