Monday - Friday from 7:30am to 5pm

Responsibilities

• Field phone calls from clients who have general questions or are looking to schedule service appointments
• Greet clients when they drop off their vehicle, ensuring an accurate description of their concerns
• Act as the liaison between Service Technicians and the client, explaining all recommended work and obtaining authorization for repairs
• Provide honest, accurate estimates on labor and parts
• Ensure all charges are billed out correctly

Requirements

• Exceptional customer service skills
• Strong phone and computer skills
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record
• Prior dealership / automotive experience strongly preferred
