Our expertise covers a diverse range of vehicles, including foreign, domestic, EV, and hybrid models.
Qualifications
- A proven track record as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer service role within the automotive industry
- Strong technical knowledge of automotive systems and repair procedures
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and prioritize customer satisfaction
