Responsibilities
- Schedule and confirm appointments to ensure smooth customer experience
- Create transparent repair orders with accurate cost and time estimates
- Communicate with technicians and parts team to guarantee timely service completion
- Provide regular updates to customers on the status of their vehicle
- Maintain strong product knowledge to assist with service needs and warranty information
Qualifications
- 2+ years of Automotive dealership Service Advisor experience is required
- Must be available to work Saturdays
- Positive & Friendly Attitude
- Interpersonal Communication skills
- Strong desire to provide an exceptional client experience
- Able to achieve targeted goals
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Must have a Valid Driver’s License
Pay
The compensation for this position is wholly commission-based. As a result, compensation may vary based on several factors, including individual performance and market conditions. The range in yearly compensation reasonably expected for this position is $60,000 - $100,000 / a year.
