Automotive Service Advisor

Responsibilities

• Oversight of the Drive Lane flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service to customers.
• Taking ownership of the customer's experience by carrying out additional assignments to leave a positive impression.
• Providing concierge support for all owner inquiries, both phone and in-person, to ensure the customer is not mishandled.
• Ensuring the daily inventory of technicians' time is consistently sold to service customers.
• Distributing work between technicians efficiently.

Qualifications

• An organized and friendly personality.
• Dealership experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of dealership drive lane.
• Demonstrated ability to manage others.
• A valid in-state driver's license.
• CDK and AutoLive experience is a plus.
