Specific Duties
- Present accurate estimates to customers, upsell maintenance, update customers.
- Coordinate customer pick-up & delivery.
- Answer phones with a cheerful and professional tone.
- Perform customer service duties including accurate/informative scheduling, positive greetings, check-in & check-out process.
- Facilitate facilities maintenance: clean front office, customer area & restroom, outside clean-up, parts procurement, filing, inventory management, parts & core returns, shipping and receiving, errands as assigned.
- Maintain a clean and organized work space.
- Coordinate production and monitor workflow to ensure customer promise times are met.
- Interact with customers and handle inquiries and complaints ethically and professionally.
