Specific Duties

  • Present accurate estimates to customers, upsell maintenance, update customers.
  • Coordinate customer pick-up & delivery.
  • Answer phones with a cheerful and professional tone.
  • Perform customer service duties including accurate/informative scheduling, positive greetings, check-in & check-out process.
  • Facilitate facilities maintenance: clean front office, customer area & restroom, outside clean-up, parts procurement, filing, inventory management, parts & core returns, shipping and receiving, errands as assigned.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work space.
  • Coordinate production and monitor workflow to ensure customer promise times are met.
  • Interact with customers and handle inquiries and complaints ethically and professionally.
