Automotive Service Advisor

About the role

We are seeking a customer-focused, sales-minded individual to join our team as an Automotive Service Advisor. No prior experience is necessary!

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine their needs for repair and/or service of their vehicle.
• Increase customer satisfaction by building strong customer relationships.
• Maintain the company’s standards for ethical business practices, professional image, orderliness, customer service, and good employee and community relations.
• Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently.
• Increase profitability by maximizing sales and executing retail promotions.
• Oversee technicians working on customers' vehicles, including time management, efficiency, parts ordering, and job completion times.
• Oversee and participate in quality control processes.
• Participate in the development and documentation of Standard Operating Procedures as needed.

Requirements

• A High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Accredited training in service advisor skills, customer satisfaction, and quality control.
• Automotive service advisor experience.
• The ability to concentrate and manage multiple tasks effectively.
