About the role

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will guide customers through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and our auto technicians. After a service review of their vehicle, you will advise customers on recommended services—such as tires and brakes—explaining benefits, costs, and product features in an easy-to-understand way. Building trust and making connections is key to gaining repeat business. This role blends customer service with sales goals, offering a rewarding opportunity to see your efforts reflected in your paycheck.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.
• Review vehicle service findings and recommend additional services (tires, brakes, etc.).
• Explain service benefits, costs, and features clearly and persuasively.
• Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business.
• Achieve daily sales goals while delivering exceptional customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Passion for cars and customer service.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Patient and empathetic with customers.

Pay

Competitive base pay plus commission, with earnings potential up to $80,000 per year.
