Automotive Service Advisor

About the Role

Atlantic Coast Enterprises (ACE) in Conway, SC, is seeking a full-time Automotive Service Advisor passionate about the auto industry and motivated to ensure positive customer experiences. This role involves guiding customers through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and our auto technicians, and advising on recommended services in a clear and understandable manner.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact between customers and auto technicians.
• Advise customers on tires, brakes, and other recommended services.
• Explain benefits, costs, and product features to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build trust and connections with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Achieve sales goals while providing exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• 18 years old or older.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver's license.
