About the role
As an Automotive Service Advisor, you will guide customers through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and our auto technicians. After a service review, you will advise customers on recommended services—such as tires and brakes—explaining benefits, costs, and features in an easy-to-understand way. Building trust and connections is essential for gaining repeat business.
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers during service visits
- Explain vehicle service recommendations, benefits, costs, and features clearly
- Achieve sales goals while delivering excellent customer service
- Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Previous sales and service advisor experience
- Valid driver’s license
Qualifications
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Passion for cars and customer service
- Ability to connect with others and build trust
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks
- Patient and empathetic
Pay
Competitive base pay plus commission, with earnings up to $80,000 a year.
