About the role

As an Automotive Service Advisor, you arrive each day determined to take excellent care of customers while achieving sales goals. You guide customers through their elected services, acting as the main point of contact between them and our auto technicians. After a service review, you advise customers on recommended services—such as tires and brakes—explaining benefits, costs, and features in an easy-to-understand way. Building trust and connections is key to gaining repeat business.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their service experience.
• Review vehicle service findings and recommend additional services in a clear, customer-friendly manner.
• Explain benefits, costs, and features of automotive services to help customers make informed decisions.
• Build trust and rapport to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Achieve sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Requirements

• 18 years or older.
• Previous sales and service advisor experience.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passion for cars and customer service.
• Ability to empathize, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.

Pay

Competitive base pay plus commission, with earnings potential up to $80,000 per year.
