Responsibilities
- Detect and resolve drivability and electrical issues.
- Diagnose and repair brake and hydraulic systems, exhaust, fuel ignition, and electrical systems.
- Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities.
- Provide clear explanations of technical diagnoses and necessary repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
- Stay updated with the latest automotive technology through formal training.
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license.
- Proven skills in brakes and hydraulics, steering & suspension, and tire repair.
- Current certifications/licenses as required by federal, state, and local regulations.
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to non-technical personnel.
- Basic reading, writing, and mathematical skills.
Qualifications
- At least 3 years of automotive repair experience.
- Completion of vocational-technical school programs or equivalent.
- A.S.E. certification in at least one of A1-A8 (L1 certification acceptable).

Sign-On Bonus
New team members are eligible for a $3000 sign-on bonus for new hires, and a $5000 bonus for those with current ASE certifications and/or a current Hawaii business license. Multiple bonuses are not permitted.
